Our Services

Every piece of rotating equipment tells a story. Our role is to understand what it’s been through, how it’s being used, and what it needs to perform reliably going forward. The services below reflect how we approach that work—hands-on, methodical, and informed by decades of real-world experience.

Field Service & On-Site Maintenance

Field service work focuses on supporting large rotary and centrifugal equipment directly at customer sites, where access, safety, and coordination are critical. Our technicians work within active facilities to evaluate conditions, address issues, and complete service efficiently while minimizing disruption to operations.

Typical field service work includes:

  • On-site inspection, troubleshooting, and condition assessment

  • Planned maintenance and scheduled service support

  • Large rotary and centrifugal equipment service

  • Coordination with plant personnel, contractors, and project managers

  • Review of findings with the customer, including recommended service scope and next steps

  • Execution of approved work on-site, including repair, adjustment, or component replacement as required

Field service is used primarily for larger units that cannot be serviced in-house, as well as situations where on-site work is the most practical or efficient solution. Our team is experienced working in live operating environments and coordinating service around plant schedules and safety requirements.

Our field service team currently supports clients across 17 states and 3 countries outside the U.S., and we routinely travel to support projects wherever our expertise is needed.

Full-Service Repairs & Rebuilds

Repair and rebuild work begins with a full evaluation of the equipment through tear-down and inspection. Each unit is assessed individually to identify wear, operating issues, and contributing factors—allowing repairs to address root causes rather than symptoms.

Typical rebuild work includes:

  • Complete tear-down, inspection, and condition assessment

  • Identification of wear, damage, and contributing factors

  • Review of findings with the customer, including recommended repairs and a detailed quote

  • Rebuild and repair work performed upon approval, including component repair or replacement as required

  • Precision assembly, alignment, and final checks prior to return to service

  • Optional delivery and on-site installation by a Mauleco technician

Most rotary units up to 10″ in size are serviced in-house at our Connersville Service Center, where controlled conditions support accurate inspection and assembly. Larger rotary and centrifugal units are supported through coordinated field service and on-site work when necessary.

Controls & Systems Upgrades

Controls systems play a critical role in equipment performance, reliability, and visibility. Upgrades are often driven by aging hardware, changing operating needs, or the desire for improved monitoring and control. Our team designs and supports controls solutions that align with the equipment, application, and operational goals of each facility.

Typical controls and systems work includes:

  • Evaluation of existing controls systems and functionality

  • Design and integration of updated controls solutions

  • Modernization of outdated or unsupported systems

  • Troubleshooting and refinement of existing controls

  • Coordination with mechanical service and field work

  • Testing and support to ensure proper operation and integration

Controls upgrades are often completed in conjunction with repair, rebuild, or field service work, allowing mechanical and systems improvements to be addressed together for long-term reliability.

Equipment & Parts Solutions

In addition to service and repair work, Mauleco maintains an inventory of tested equipment and critical components to support long-term reliability in the field. We work closely with OEMs and trusted suppliers to source both original and high-quality replacement parts for rotary and centrifugal equipment.

For large rotating units, we also offer custom spare parts box programs designed to support on-site maintenance teams over the long term.

These programs include:

  • Identification and sourcing of critical spare parts

  • Long-term storage and inventory management

  • Custom-built wooden storage crates designed for durability

  • Clear labeling systems for fast identification and use

  • Parts packaged and preserved for decades of service life

These spare parts boxes are built to remain on-site as permanent maintenance assets—reducing downtime, improving response time, and giving maintenance teams confidence that the right components are always available when needed.

If you’re interested in available equipment, parts inventory, or building a custom spare parts solution for your facility, we encourage you to contact our team directly to discuss options and pricing.
