Chris Maule

President & Chief Engineer

Chris brings over 20 years of hands-on experience working on rotary and centrifugal blower systems around the world.
His career was built in the field—supporting operators on-site, diagnosing complex issues, and leading repairs on critical equipment in demanding environments.

Jessica Maule

Managing Director

Jessica brings a strong analytical background to the coordination of our complex field service projects.
With training in chemistry and prior experience in education, she supports large-rotary jobs from planning through execution—keeping teams aligned, schedules on track, and operations running smoothly.

Taylor Fudge

Operations Manager

Taylor oversees day-to-day operations at our Connersville Service Center, supporting both shop and field service work.

Her background in complex hospitality operations helps ensure jobs move efficiently—with clear timelines, organized execution, and consistent communication from intake through completion.

Matt Buehner

Senior Field Service Engineer

Matt brings 13 years of experience as a field service engineer supporting rotary and centrifugal equipment worldwide.
In the field, he’s known for methodical troubleshooting, clear communication on-site, and seeing jobs through from startup to turnover—qualities that make him a frequent request from clients.

Don Kunkel

Senior Field Service Engineer

Don brings nearly 50 years of experience in the rotating equipment industry, specializing in control systems and system architecture.
His work has focused on designing, implementing, and supporting controls for large blower systems deployed around the world, with a deep understanding of how complex systems operate in real-world environments.

Jim Fudge

Senior Field Service Engineer

With more than 50 years of experience in rotating equipment, Jim brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to the team.
His career spans global field service on large systems, leadership of a major service center, and decades of hands-on problem-solving in demanding environments. He also played a key role in training the next generation of engineers, including Chris.

Michael Patterson

Field Service Engineer

Michael brings 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a background supporting large, safety-critical systems in the railroad industry.
As a field service engineer, he works alongside Don on control systems for rotary equipment, applying his electrical expertise while continuing to build specialized knowledge in rotary applications.

Jordan Harper

Shop Technician

Jordan brings 15 years of hands-on experience in precision machinery and mechanical repair to our Connersville Service Center.
He’s known in the shop for taking on challenging rebuilds and delivering reliable, high-quality work—especially on jobs that demand close attention to detail and tolerances.

Tyler Abner

Shop Technician

Tyler supports shop operations at the Connersville Service Center, working alongside Jordan on rebuild and service work.
With a background in construction, he brings strong hands-on skills to tear-down and inspection of small rotary units, preparing equipment for rebuild with care and attention to detail.

Devin Louden

Field Service Engineer

With 14 years of rotating equipment experience, Devin supports field service work on large centrifugal systems as an engineer.
His background as a builder gives him a practical understanding of equipment from assembly through operation in the field.

Mandy Bennett

Assistant Project Manager

Mandy works with Jessica to support large rotary and centrifugal projects with coordination, documentation, and day-to-day project management. With a background in education, she brings strong organizational skills and clear communication to the team—helping ensure complex field service projects stay on schedule and aligned.

Why "Shop Hawks"?

In our first days as a service center, a red-tailed hawk unexpectedly took up residence in the shop and became part of our story. We chose the Shop Hawk as our mascot in her honor — and because hawks embody focus, precision, and sharp attention to detail, the same values that guide our work.
